I have been a professional for over 30 years with 3 years of teaching high school students. During my teaching years, I developed a good sense of explaining creative exposure, manual settings, composition and providing interesting photo challenges. With the San Diego Professional Photography Association, I am a print judge to review and positively critique photography work.

I have taught at the High School level and the experience of 30 years of my own studio. During my professional career, I have earned the PPA Master Photography and Photographic Craftsman degrees which are attained by a small number of professional working photographers.
