I’m a university professor in Southern California who has almost completed two separate PhDs in both the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament and New Testament. I hold a Masters degree from Yale University’s Divinity School and have four undergraduate bachelor degrees in Religion, Archaeology, Philosophy, and Writing. I have over 50 academic publications, including some at Oxford and a bestselling book on the topic of theology.
I also teach sometimes Criminal Justice students about the intersection of law and religion, focusing on hermeneutics, fundamentalism, and political polarization.
I hold both a BA in Archaeology (Near Eastern) and a BA in the Philosophy of the Ancient Near East. In other words, I know how to study and how best to balance the many stresses that affect you. I can provide great insight into this process and help you learn how to manage your own studies.
Having nearly completed two PhDs in both Old and New Testaments, as well as a masters in Second Temple Judaism, my expertise in Judaism and Christianity is nearly unparalleled by other similar tutors. The fact that I’m an actively employed uni
