Patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging tutor
Lincoln is helping my son, a junior in HS, with Pre-Calculus. He is very patient, methodical in his approach, and great at explaining the concepts and the reasons why each step is important and where it is leading to. Lincoln is also encouraging and his approach is helping build my son's confidence back after falling behind in his math skills due to some not so stellar online learning during Covid. My son really likes working with Lincoln!

Mr. Lincoln provided a patient and student-friendly environment. The session began with an explanation of how the calculus will be taught and why it will be taught in such a manner. Mr. Lincoln reviewed the student's understanding of the fundamentals and then tutored from the ground up, meaning, he started with "what is calculus" and how the the rules work together and then addressed the student's understanding in these fundamental areas. The lesson then turned toward solving equations with an eye on whether the student is knowingly applying the formulas and knowingly solving the equations. We were very pleased with the tutoring session and will definitely hire him in the future.
