Hello! I’m a professional 3D character animator with 8+ years of industry experience working across gameplay, cinematics, and VFX. I've worked for studios such as Sony Interactive, Crystal Dynamics, Lightstorm Entertainment, Treyarch, etc... on projects such as Last of Us II, Avatar Sequels, Call of Duty Black Ops, The Grey Man, etc…
My teaching approach is centered on meeting students at their current skill level and taking them from core fundamentals to polished, reel ready work. I adapt my instruction to each workflow including hand keyed animation, motion capture, or live action plates, so students learn in the context that fits their goals. Lessons are built around the 12 principles of animation, moving from simple exercises like the bouncing ball to full character animation on a bipedal rig. I also share practical, real world workflows that show how to achieve professional quality shots without relying on expensive studio tools. Most importantly, I give clear, actionable feedback, no vague notes, just honest guidance aligned with industry expectations.
I work best with all levels; beginners who want to build strong animation fundamentals, students currently enrolled in animation programs who are looking for extra guidance and feedback, or self taught animators who want clear, industry level critique to help elevate their reels.
My goal is to make animation feel approachable, structured, and achievable, while holding your work to real industry standards.
