I have taken 7 college-level statistics courses. I received As in 4 of the undergraduate classes, and I received Bs in the 3 master's degree level courses. Statistics requires a competency in algebra, therefore, I am able to teach this precursor to statistics and probability.
I recently left my job at Microsoft where I conducted research using statistics and wrote research reports for executives.
I worked at UCI in the anthropology department for 15 months where my job was to grade papers for more than 300 students to help them improve their writing.
I was a professional writer for more than 10 years and I have written research papers for the Department of Justice. I have conducted extensive academic research and wrote reports in both AP Style and Chicago style. I have also written and published an e-book on the power of positivity.
In addition to the above background, I have lived in five countries outside of the USA. I taught English in Japan, Mexico, Indonesia. I also volunteered in Singapore at a school for students with special needs.
