Samuel is a superb teacher. I am a visual and auditory learner, but in science there are certain concepts that can be very abstract. As a result, the tutor needs to be able to know how to explain and show things very well visually and through speech. I can say that Samuel is very well balanced to teach science concepts. Samuel helped me to build upon key scientific knowledge (amongst the vast information needed to learn) in order for me to learn concepts more effectively and efficiently.

Samuel is an amazing chemistry tutor. I’m a sophomore in Honors Chemistry, and he has helped me understand topics that used to feel really confusing. Samuel is now my tutor in Chemistry and I look forward to my next appointments with him. Off the bat, he was friendly and introduced himself, then he listened to me, my background and what my struggles were. He proceeded by going over material I had trouble understanding. At all times he was easy to follow and he made several checks to make sure I was comprehending the material. I felt comfortable asking questions as he was sympathetic to my needed for a deeper understanding of the material. I would recommend him to anyone needing help in the subject.

Helpful and Clear Tutor
Teacher Samuel taught me about electromagnetic energy. He used examples from daily life to help explain the concept clearly, which makes it easier for me to understand. He also asked me questions to check if I really understood the idea and to make sure I was following along. I’d definitely recommend him as a tutor.

My daughter needed support with a college chemistry summer class that she is struggling with & needs as a pre-req for her major. She normally HATES anything online learning, but it was our only option. Samuel replied quickly, set up a session for the next day& had her send all of the materials she needed to learn so he was prepared. He explained things in a way she could understand. We would definitely use him again!!!
