I'm an Oxford University graduate (MA & BA Honours in Classics) with over twenty years of teaching Latin — in some of London's most selective independent schools and one-to-one with families across the US and UK.
I specialise in two areas:
- **Exam preparation** — AP Latin, GCSE, A-Level, and university entrance (including the Oxbridge Classics Admissions Test). My pupils have earned three A* grades at A-Level and places at Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard.
- **Homeschooling and independent learners** — structured grammar foundations, translation confidence, and reading plans that take students genuinely beyond their year group.
Whether you're preparing for a specific exam or rebuilding your Latin from the ground up, we'll work from exactly where you are. I teach with a calm, rigorous, traditional approach — clear explanations, regular practice, and steady measurable progress.
