I've been playing piano by ear since I was five years old, and I've perfected how to make ear-training and music theory understandable for all. Though workshops and master classes, I've trained musicians from Florida to Alaska to better their musical skills and feel more confident in their abilities.
In my professional editing career, I have been at the editorial helm for award winning documentaries, major network reality shows, national sports shows, concerts and direct response marketing. My credits range from commercials and promos to full-length shows and DVD editorial, and my work has been seen nationally on networks such as ABC, FOX, PBS, A&E, Fox Sports and on movie screens. My main editing platform is Avid Media Composer.
I've been playing piano and singing since I was five years old. At a young age I discovered an affinity for popular music and developed my style emulating musicians like James Taylor, Elton John, and Bruce Hornsby. With a focus of Music Theory and Music Literature, I minored in music at one of the finest music schools in the world - Indiana University. In my 30s, I brought my rhythmic style to American and Celtic folk and dance music and have traveled internationally playing dances, concerts and festivals with bands such as Syncopaths and Rhythm Raptors.
