My name is Katie. I have been teaching English and drama for over 6 years. I have worked in private, public, and virtual school settings. My goal as an educator is to create successful adults and lifelong learners. I am passionate about reading and writing.

I have my Master's in English Rhetoric and my teaching credential in English. I am passionate about helping students to be successful in their reading comprehension in every subject. When a student can successfully read, they can successfully write. I help students develop those building blocks.
