Hello and welcome to my reading room! I am a dedicated and patient virtual literacy coach with a multi-year background in helping K through 12 learners master reading, writing, and language arts skills. In addition to my extensive work in delivering online instruction, I have also served as an in-classroom teacher's assistant and worked as an educational content creator who crafted virtual flashcards for all ages. Through these roles, I have learned how to quickly assess where a learner is struggling and break down information into small manageable steps, helping to lower assignment anxiety and build confidence.
My educational background includes the completion of two Masters degrees (Psychology and Christian Studies) from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, I hold an Associates of Arts degree in Paraprofessional Education and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. My highest GPA in college was 3.89, and I pride myself in bringing my best to help students be their best. Alongside tutoring, I am a writer, artist, and published author.
