I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, CA Single Subject Credential in English, and a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on secondary education (grades 6-12). Across my graduate coursework, fieldwork, and time as a professional classroom teacher, I have taught hundreds of students to become better writers. With creative writing, students should be empowered to express themselves through the written word, while learning the fundamentals to be able to do so. I’m happy to help foster your creativity and facilitate your success as a creative writer!
