I've been working with students for over a year now. At the elementary school, I will work with students individually or as a reading group. At the library's literacy program we help dyslexic kids learn phonemic awareness, grammar rules, and various aspects of reading words and, eventually, books.
I work with students online, through Zoom, so we can talk face to face and share screens. I prefer parents to be on the call with their child to help maintain focus and learn how they can reinforce the concepts throughout the week.
