With a Master’s degree in Math Education from Worcester State University and an undergraduate foundation from Nichols College, I bring a deep academic and practical understanding of mathematical pedagogy to every session. My career began in the classroom, where I spent five years in the Massachusetts public school system—first at Oxford Middle and High School (2017–2018) and then at Shrewsbury High School (2018–2022). These roles allowed me to master the nuances of the state curriculum while working with a diverse range of adolescent learners.
In 2022, I expanded my professional horizon internationally, teaching at LakeSide International School in Costa Rica. This experience sharpened my ability to support students from various educational backgrounds and adapt my methods to different learning standards. Since 2023, I have transitioned into full-time private tutoring, specializing in one-on-one instruction for middle and high school students.
My approach is rooted in my classroom experience: I translate complex concepts into manageable steps, focusing on building both "math fluency" and the confidence necessary for students to tackle advanced coursework independently.
