My teaching approach would consist of 1st doing a needs analysis by assessing and personalizing each students proficiency level and learning style. Customize lessons to the students needs and goals.
Lessons will include technology integrating using videos and encouraging the use of digital tools for practice outside tutoring sessions.
For younger students the use of interactive and engaging activities such as on-line games and using real life materials.
Constructive feedback and positive reinforcement will be given.
