I've been a Microsoft Office trainer for 20+ years, 19 of which have been as a consultant/trainer on-site for a large entertainment company. The only thing that surpasses my real world knowledge is my enthusiasm and engaging teaching technique – a winning combination in the classroom. I have also taught for almost every training company in Southern California at their training facilities, as well as representing them in facilitating on-site training for their clients.

As an old school salesman struggling with MS Outlook and in particular with Outlook Calendar and appointment setting, I really appreciated Sue's step-by-step approach to first ascertaining what my skill deficits were, addressing those first and then building upon the modest skills that I did possess. Sue is an intuitive and patient tutor.

An Awesome Teacher
I learned the following in my lesson with Sue. Ee did a review of Excel terminology, PivotTable possibilities with her data, including insert, modify, repurpose the Values field, grouping/ungrouping fields in the PivotTable, with or without dates, build a formula to add to the PivotTable, and how to work with the Filters box in the PivotTable Field list. Sue is patient and takes time to explain and to make sure I understood the concepts. She simplifies everything . I look forward to working with Sue again Thank you Sue!
