In my work I help students with research, digital literacy, organization, and executive functioning skills. I have taught students in classroom settings as well as one-on-one. Much of my work involves helping students find and evaluate reliable sources, navigate databases, and organize information for research projects and assignments. I also help students develop effective research strategies that they can use independently.
I can provide tutoring for high school and college students in research skills, digital literacy, and MLA and APA citations. I can also help student develop executive functioning strategies for managing assignments, organizing their work, prioritizing tasks, and keeping track of deadlines. I have professional certifications in educational technology and AI literacy and can help students understand when and how to appropriately use AI in their schoolwork. My goal is to help students become more confident, independent, and efficient learners while helping them develop the skills they can use throughout their education.
