Hello there! My journey to tutoring began as an English major at the University of Southern California in 2015. I formed a weekly writing group to generate, edit and workshop material for our classes. I expanded the group through my Master's program where I studied Literary Editing and Publishing. With the help of our cohort, USC revived it's Master's Anthology and published our work through the university.

Hello there! My journey to tutoring began as an English major at the University of Southern California in 2015. I formed a weekly writing group to generate, edit and workshop material for our classes. I expanded the group through my Master's program where I studied Literary Editing and Publishing. With the help of our cohort, USC revived it's Master's Anthology and published our work through the university.
From there I pursued law school at Loyola Law, still writing and editing creative works on the side. A classmate and I formed a study and writing group to help us prepare for classes. In 2023 I graduated and passed the CA Bar. I cherish my creative and legal writing groups for the personal teaching opportunities they provided, and have continued to seek out teaching opportunities ever since.
