As a UCLA graduate with over 6 years of experience providing instruction at tutoring centers, private schools, and one-on-one up to the Junior College level, I am well-equipped to offer comprehensive academic support to students. My journey began as a 17-year-old high school student determined to make a change. I created a specialized reading program for struggling 4th-grade students at my former elementary school while simultaneously conducting research on new teaching methods and the effects of reading on a child's cognitive capabilities and consciousness. Over six months of working one-on-one with students, I applied the researched teaching methods and witnessed a remarkable increase in each child's emotional intelligence, cognitive abilities, and consciousness. This project acted as a catalyst for my passion and love for spreading knowledge, ultimately leading me to my current role as a private tutor, providing all my clients with the gift of knowledge.

By addressing academic concerns, delivering progress reports, and developing individualized lesson plans, I have consistently achieved an average one-letter grade improvement and a GPA enhancement of 0.5 points over the years, as validated by report cards. I specialize in English, Reading Comprehension, Literature, Grammar, History, Philosophy, and essay writing. Additionally, I offer tutoring up to Algebra II and geometry for mathematics and up to Biology for sciences. I employ different teaching methods tailored to each student, having identified what works for each type of student over the years.
