I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC) as a Human Biology major and was awarded a Presidential Merit-Based Scholarship. I later continued my medical training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where I further developed a strong foundation in the biomedical sciences.
Teaching has always been a major passion of mine. I have extensive experience tutoring middle school, high school, and college students in subjects including Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, Endocrinology, Psychology, Algebra, and MCAT preparation. I have also worked with college students preparing for major science exams and helped guide students interested in medical careers.
My approach to tutoring focuses on making complex scientific concepts simple, intuitive, and engaging. I tailor explanations to each student’s learning style and focus on helping students truly understand the material rather than memorize it. My goal is to build both mastery of the subject and confidence, so students feel comfortable tackling difficult problems independently.
Beyond tutoring, I have research experience at the Keck School of Medicine at USC’s Norris Hospital Infectious Disease Laboratory, where I worked closely with physicians and researchers. These experiences allow me to connect scientific concepts to real-world medicine and help students see the bigger picture behind what they are learning.
I enjoy working with motivated students and helping them master challenging material, build strong study habits, and achieve their academic goals. If you are looking for high-level science tutoring, MCAT preparation, or academic mentorship, I would be excited to work with you.
