Erica has been tutoring, my high schooler in French for a couple of months now. She is always punctual and flexible when she can be. Responds quickly and is very communicative. Erica is a wonderfully patient and friendly tutor. She made my daughter feel comfortable from the moment she joined the call, creating a safe and supportive space where she felt encouraged to speak while still receiving gentle corrections for vocabulary and grammar. Erica was also very well prepared; she asked thoughtful, detailed questions ahead of the lesson and came to class with engaging, educational videos and exercises that made learning fun.
