I graduated from UC Davis with four simultaneous degrees in four years: Bachelor's of Science in Physics and Mathematics, and Bachelor's of Arts in Economics and Linguistics. I am extremely passionate about my search for a complete and nuanced understanding of the structure of the universe: with over 400 quarter units, I bring a broad background of advanced mathematical subjects and more, from calculus to analysis, differential equations to differential geometry, quantum mechanics to quantum field theory.

In all my coursework, I can guarantee that I know the feeling of being lost in a class or muddled in a textbook - I've been there many times!
Sometimes, academia doesn't provide all the necessary tools for mastering a given topic.

Sometimes, the material doesn't seem intuitive at all. (I'm looking at you, quantum mechanics).

Sometimes, intuition is a matter of finding the right way of looking at a concept, which varies from person to person!

This is why I tailor my tutoring sessions to each student's background, leveraging my own experience to provide multiple perspectives and approaches to each concept and problem. I believe that the only thing more rewarding than one's own learning is fostering it in others.
