I have learned that a professor who is engaging, flexible, and passionate helps students succeed the best, traits I aim to have when tutoring. I believe in helping students understand the concepts, explanations, and the "why" behind solving problems so that they are confident in their own knowledge and abilities.
I've had experience tutoring peers in my highschool tutoring program in Precalculus and Algebra, and have tutored at Kumon, teaching young kids various levels of Math and English. Through independent tutoring I've become proficient at making personalized and organized lesson plans that focus on the student's needs, prioritizing the quality of learning during our sessions. I'm always open to any suggestions or resources that students and parents wish to provide to achieve the best use of our time.
As a passionate and experienced STEM college student from a rigorous high school, I'm equipped to tutor students in Math ranging up to Calculus and Statistics, Biology, and Chemistry, including AP classes. I'm easy to reach with many scheduling opportunities. Please contact me with any inquiries or to schedule a lesson!
