Hi there!

About me—I’ve completed everything but a dissertation for a Ph.D. in Economics from UC-Berkeley. I triple-majored at UT-Austin, earning math, economics, and journalism degrees in four years (not counting two semesters in DC/India!) with a 3.9 GPA.

As for teaching qualifications, I TA’d for six UC-Berkeley economics courses and one UC-Berkeley legal studies course. I’ve also tutored 1-on-1 for four UC-Berkeley economics courses, in addition to years of tutoring math for free...

About me—I’ve completed everything but a dissertation for a Ph.D. in Economics from UC-Berkeley. I triple-majored at UT-Austin, earning math, economics, and journalism degrees in four years (not counting two semesters in DC/India!) with a 3.9 GPA.

As for teaching qualifications, I TA’d for six UC-Berkeley economics courses and one UC-Berkeley legal studies course. I’ve also tutored 1-on-1 for four UC-Berkeley economics courses, in addition to years of tutoring math for free to high school and junior high students. I’m a native English speaker with lengthy experience “Americanizing” quantitative/technical papers for my colleagues, including the dissertation of a colleague who teaches at Columbia now.

I’m a night owl happy to tutor online or in person at my apartment near UC-Berkeley. Apologies for the steep rates but Wyzant takes 25% of the fee! I also have to upcharge courses requiring software subscriptions at $10/hour. However, I’m happy to negotiate down for veterans and the physically disabled.
