Hello, My name is Amisha, and I am currently a pre-med freshman at UC Berkeley pursuing a double major in CS and Cognitive Neuroscience. I am very passionate about teaching, and giving back to the academic community. I am currently a Lab Assistant for Data 8, which is an introductory data science class at Berkeley, and have quite a bit of experience teaching introductory Python and statistics concepts. I will also be a TA this upcoming semester for Physics 88. which is a class combining introductory physics concepts with basic Python skills. So far at Berkeley, I have completed CS61A, Data 8, and Physics 8A, all with A's.
I graduate high school with a 3.9/4.0 GPA, and a 1520 on the SAT. I also scored a 800 on the SAT Math II Subject Test. In high school I completed 12 AP classes, with 5s on all exams: Chemistry, Physics C: Mechanics, Biology, Spanish Language, Spanish Literature, Latin, English Language, English Literature, Music Theory, Calculus BC, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics. I feel very comfortable with tutoring in any of these areas, and have plenty of resources to help you get a 5.
