Hi, I’m Seth. I am a recent graduate who specializes in math and physics tutoring. I graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering. Before I started working as a tutor, I would help people prepare for the Student Math League Exam (hosted by the AMATYC) while at community college. Since then, I have had the opportunity to tutor students in math, computer science, and engineering while working as a tutor in university for two years. I have helped students in data structures, statics, strength of materials, and circuit theory.

When it comes to tutoring, I recognize each student has a unique learning style that is key to their success. I’ve learned that being available to students whenever they need help and being willing to explain things as many times as necessary is crucial in building their understanding and confidence. I work to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, as this is where real learning happens.
