Fourth-year medical student at WesternU COMP pursuing orthopedic surgery and UC Santa Cruz dean's list graduate (Biology, 2022, GPA 3.74) with over five years of tutoring experience. I scored 511 on the MCAT and have passed USMLE Step 1, COMLEX Level 1, and USMLE Step 2 CK (250), with COMLEX Level 2 results pending.

I specialize in math up to pre-calculus and sciences up to college-level chemistry and biology. At UC Santa Cruz, I spent four years as a Learning Support Services tutor providing one-on-one and small group sessions in General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Genetics. I also tutored for two years with Grade Potential Tutoring in AP Chemistry, AP Biology, Integrated Math 2, and K-12 math, and served as an instructor at Elite Educational Institute in San Ramon teaching SAT Math, AP Chemistry, and AP Biology.

I support pre-med and medical students with board exam preparation, study strategies, and high-yield resource selection for both USMLE and COMLEX exams.

My teaching philosophy centers on systematic content review reinforced through practice problems and quizzing. I tailor my approach to each student's learning style, encouraging them to bring materials from their instructor so we can apply concepts together. I then provide additional problem sets to build repetition and mastery.
Beyond subject tutoring, I offer mentorship for college and medical school applications, including personal statements, interview preparation, and admissions guidance.
