I am an aerospace engineering graduate pursuing a master’s in physics, with a strong background in math, physics, and engineering. I enjoy helping students build confidence and independent problem solving skills in algebra, calculus, and physics, and exam prep support. I also teach guitar, reflecting my interest in education and helping students grow technically and creatively. My tutoring experience includes Cabrillo College where I provided one-on-one support and led math tutoring workshops. In these sessions, I broke down complex concepts in multiple ways to support different learning styles and build confidence. I have also tutored online through academic platforms, strengthening my communication skills in virtual one-on-one and group settings.

Through my robotics club involvement, I participated in outreach programs with local high school students, leading sessions introducing programming, engineering, and robotics in an accessible way. These experiences strengthened my ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and make technical subjects approachable. My tutoring approach is centered on patience, adaptability, and clarity. Rather than giving answers, I guide students through reasoning so they develop true understanding and confidence. I believe students learn best when questions are encouraged and complex ideas are broken into manageable steps tailored to their learning style.

Alongside my academic and tutoring work, I collaborate with local contractors and metal fabrication shops on engineering design and manufacturing projects involving CAD modeling, CNC programming, and custom components. This experience helps me connect math and physics to real-world applications, showing students practical relevance. Overall, I am passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed by building skills and confidence. Whether long-term support, exam prep, or targeted help, I strive to create a supportive space that encourages growth, independence, and understanding .
