My teaching experience includes over 200 hours as a high school chemistry teaching assistant, where I supported students one-on-one and in small groups. I have also worked as a substitute teacher across all grade levels, giving me a strong understanding of how students learn at different stages. In addition to my academic experience, I spent three years working in the chemical industry and eventually became an organic chemistry supervisor. This real-world background allows me to connect classroom concepts to practical applications, which helps students understand why the material matters.
