Samantha, 1 lesson with JustinJustin was very knowledgeable, unfortunately the assingment was not fully completed. The video was not finished and my son lost points on his project. I was under the impression it was completed when he left. I would use Justin again, but I would have him write down what was completed during the session. My son really loved working with him too.

Samantha, 1 lesson with JustinTutor responded:Hi Samantha, Thank you for the feedback. While I enjoyed working with you and your son, I believe I was unfairly blamed for the loss of points. It was my first time tutoring Charlie, so I was unfamiliar with the class and the project. The project guidelines were unclear, especially given that they were no expectations or guidelines on the video. I asked Charlie to message his friend and his teacher for clarification, and his friend responded that only the brochure OR the video had to be completed. We were already working on the brochure, so once we finished it we thought the assignment was complete. I hope you understand.
