I am very familiar with California Standards in each subject for every grade level, as well as Common Core and the new methods of teaching and learning math. I have attended numerous elementary math workshops and Singapore Math. I use menapulatives and games to make abstract math concrete.
I have ESOL endorsement which makes me qualified to teach to students whom their native or primary language is not English.
I originally am from Iran and received my bachelor degree from an accredited university in Iran, therefore, I am very fluent in Farsi as well.
