I'm a recent college graduate from Scripps College. I majored in Honors English and minored in Dance and French, with a GPA of 3.8. I have tutored English and French for private clients throughout college, and I founded the Claremont Colleges Literary Society, a club that worked with students on literature and writing. I love working with students of all ages, and look forward to continuing to share my studying skills. I believe that creating a comfortable, relaxed environment is important for students, and that tackling new material slowly and with clarity is imperative to learning. I'm friendly but have a calm personality, and want to find ways to help students engage thoughtfully and happily with work that may otherwise seem impossible.
