Jonathan, 1 lesson with TimI have used MANY tutors, and Tim greatly surpasses them all! In fact, I feel uncomfortable calling Tim a tutor, because he is a teacher. I learned more about how to actually approach and write Java code after three hours with Tim, than I did all semester with my online “professor”. Tim clearly values student comprehension, and helping them develop the ability of self-reliance, and I greatly look forward to reaching out to him again in the near future for any assistance I need.

Tim has taught college java and AP computer science to all four of my children ages 24 ,20, 19, and 15. He is reliable and explains how to code well by asking the student questions to force them how to think. It is easy to find an educated person; but, it is difficult to find a tutor who is knowledgeable while at the same time being able to impart that knowledge to others and make them understand it.

Tim always does great at jumping in and helping me with any given assignment or class topic around python. Well, Tim is a tutor full of qualities, and even beyond what is required. I noticed that he has a pedagogical characteristic covering: such an endearing personality, skills in the field of JAVA. He has empathy for students, a temperate judgments, and much more. Ultimately, he meets you at your level and for your specific need. Doing so, he renders the session a fun learning experience.
