I use the skills I have acquired and the knowledge I have gained through my studies and research to engage and teach students who seek to improve their learning levels. I have led classes of elementary school children and instilled the importance of proper study skills in them as they develop an appreciation of learning and strive to learn more. My level of dedication to helping students progress and succeed will benefit all who desire to learn and advance and be leaders in their community.
I worked with Tucson Unified School District (Tucson, AZ) as Substitute Teacher for 2 years in elementary school.
Responsibilities: Teach multiple schools and classes of students with varying levels of skills and abilities. Utilize various curriculum resources.
My first language was Arabic. My education from elementary to bachelor's was in the Arabic language. My most recent teaching lesson in Arabic was in 2021 at Cavett Elementary, Tucson Unified School District. In the after-school tutoring lessons, I was teaching Multi-Culture which was mostly about the Arabic culture such as the Arabic alphabet, numbers, words, etc. I used to be an Arabic Teacher in middle school in Saudi Arabia. I taught multiple classes of students with varying levels of skills and abilities, planning and modified lessons, utilized various curriculum resources, graded and provide feedback, and collaborated with the educational team and the community.
