Incredible tutor, so many different techniques to help teach

Jody is an incredible tutor. It takes a lot to keep my daughter interested and engaged, but Jody succeeds every time. She brings a whole suitcase full of fun activities and projects to keep my daughter learning and interested. She uses iPad apps as well as hands on learning tools to help her succeed. Jody is great with scheduling and is very personable. I definitely recommend her!!!!

We've had two sessions with Jody... she is helping our 8 year old son with literacy, reading, phonics development. He has responded well to her approach and was excited for our next session. She's seems really invested in the work she does and seemed to genuinely care that my son is engaged, encouraged, and having fun at the same time. He even responded well to the review activities she suggested we work on between sessions. I think we've found a great match and I'm excited to see how he progresses in the coming weeks.

My son had his first lesson, he’s a beginner and in the 5th grade. I loved how Jody broke down the words in a way to build on the proper pronunciation. I feel this is already very promising and he’s excited for his next session. :)

Knowledable and Patient

Ms. Jody is an amazing tutor. She's very patient with my son. He has ADHD and can be easily distracted. She knows exactly how to keep him engage and makes learning fun for him with learning games and activities. She is also advance with different learn tools that are appropriate for his skill level. Also, she collaborates with his teacher's assignments and her learning materials. Her learning methods are strategic by allowing him to earn points (fun stickers) for each completed lesson, which keeps him engaged, motivated, and excited to learn. And at the end of his sessions, he's rewarded with a special toy, which my son looks forward to. She goes over and beyond. We are very lucky to have her in our lives.
