I’m a Master’s student with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics, passionate about making math and science accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I firmly believe that a teacher who can tap into a student's natural curiosity can spark a genuine interest in these subjects.
My tutoring style is a laid-back, empathetic, and patient approach. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. During my undergraduate studies, I gained experience tutoring students one-on-one in Physics I and II, helping them work through assignments and build a deeper understanding of both physics and the math within it. I have also tutored students of all ages in Elementary Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Pre-Calculus through an afterschool K12 program.
To me, mathematics is the language through which physics speaks and I’m excited to not only help students understand it, but to improve my own fluency alongside them. I view tutoring as a collaborative process, and I’m always open to feedback and suggestions from both students and parents to better tailor sessions to individual learning needs.
