Hi, I'm Aidan! I'm an incoming freshman at UCLA. I graduated from a large uncompetitive public high school, but was accepted to UCLA, Duke, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, and Georgia Tech, among many other universities. Having just gone through college applications, testing, and interviews myself, I'm very familiar with the process. I was also selected for many scholarships, including the Flinn Scholarship, which has a less than 1% acceptance rate.

I've been a STEM student my entire life, and I've gotten 5s on AP Tests including Biology, Chemistry, Calculus BC, Physics 1, Computer Science Principles, Music Theory, US History, Government, Economics and more! I also got a 36 on my ACT and was a National Merit Finalist (PSAT). In addition, I'm an accomplished classical pianist and flautist, making it to the All-state band and performing at Carnegie Hall. I've been tutoring STEM, music, and more for the past two years. I've primarily tutored middle school and high school, in a one-on-one setting.
In addition, I also have experience with university research while in high school. I've been in two labs at Arizona State University, and am currently first authoring a paper! Most recently, I presented my research in a talk at an international conference in Palm Springs. I got into these labs with no prior experience or connections, and I know many tips and tricks on how to get involved with research.
I love helping students across all ages, but especially through high school and the college process. I was not a great writer before high school, so I know just how difficult the journey can be. Without someone to guide you, the process can be extremely overwhelming. I wished I had someone to guide me, and I hope I can be that figure for others. I've learned a lot this past year, and I'm super passionate about sharing everything I know.
