I am a highly experienced college admissions consultant for both undergrad and graduate levels and have been working in the field for 15 years. I am also a published author. As a former Harvard admissions interviewer I also coach students on their college interviews, and work with professionals preparing them for job interviews. My services cover everything related to the admissions process, choosing schools, assessing student's safety, target, and reach schools, applying for scholarships, and preparing application materials. My writing services include assisting with admissions essays, university writing assignments, masters and doctoral thesis, amongst others for students all over the world.

I also provide programming for younger students (8th and 9th grade) creating a high school plan to set them up for a competitive college application.

In addition to college consulting and writing, am also a certified Spanish teacher with 15 years of classroom teaching experience, and 20 years of Spanish tutoring experience, and 6 years of living and teaching in Spanish speaking countries. My rate for Spanish tutoring is different, so feel free to inquire about that.

I only provide online services and am open to working with clients anywhere in the United States or abroad.

I have been working with students in the area of study skills for 15 years. I have experience with learning disabilities and special needs such as ADD/ADHD, emotional/behavior disabilities. I use various approaches based on the multiple intelligence theory to assist students in learning the material in the best way for them. I have developed organization tools for students, flash card systems, and various other supplemental online and written material. I work with the student to create an organizational system based on the subject in which they need assistance. I teach students how to prioritize assignments, and arrange their study time and space to be most effective for them.

When my niece asked me if I would officiate her wedding, my first thought was, "Absolutely not, are you nuts?!" Instead, I replied, "Of course!" and immediately set out to find someone to help me get through this. To say I don't like speaking in front of groups of people is putting it mildly but with Gabrielle's patient help and encouragement I went from dread to actual enjoyment. Her great advice and gentle prodding to keep me rehearsing was invaluable and when the time came to perform the ceremony, I was calm and confident. I even had several people compliment me. Gabrielle was great and I can't recommend her enough.

Excellent tutor.

Gabrielle is very nice and patient with our daughter in her Spanish lessons. She helps her understand the difficult portions, especially the grammar. She seems to know Spanish well and is able answer all my daughter's questions. Gabrielle is very pleasant and a pleasure to have around. Our daughter looks forward to her sessions and seems to be making improvement in her Spanish.

A hidden gem!

We feel extremely lucky to have found Gabrielle! She is very caring, professional and easy to communicate with. She is very flexible with her time which is important for a busy family. Our son has special needs and often has a hard time with new people but Gabrielle put him instantly at ease and knew the best way to deal with him. Her advanced degrees in education combined with her background as a teacher, and experience with special needs students, are a huge plus. On top of that she offered to communicate with our son's teachers which we appreciated very much. His teachers were very impressed with her as well which says a lot! We will be working with her again for sure!
