Hello!
My name is Chelly, and I’m excited to express my interest in tutoring on Wyzant!

A little about me: I’ve been tutoring math for over 25 years and truly love it. I hold a degree in Secondary Education – Mathematics, and currently tutor several students in person and online. My approach is all about identifying and building on a student’s strengths while helping to strengthen any weaker areas. I believe the one-on-one support that tutoring offers is key to creating a personalized learning experience that meets each student’s unique needs. I am qualified to tutor elementary math, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry and high school algebra I and II. I truly try to have students understand the why part of math and not just "here are the rules to solve it".
