Excellent Teacher
Highly recommend!! My first time back in school after years of not being in school. My first teacher here at Wyzant. Aland is very patient, detailed, structured, visual and hands on. It took only two hours for me to finally comprehend and grasp Java. Before starting he made sure to figure out my learning style and where I was mentally. Once he put things together(which was very quick);Aland executed flawlessly. Asked me questions to make sure I’m grasping the what he is teaching. Aland allowed me to think out loud and admire the work that was put together. Thank you Aland. Outside of my Aland : where in class or the school hired mentorship. I've had probably 10+ lessons with him so far and will definitely be booking him whenever I need help. I'm going through a bootcamp and find it hard to bring myself to ask questions in front of a bunch of people so I'm really thankful for Aland. He's helped me solidify my understand of basic javascript to more mid and advanced things. We've covered closures, classes, react, express, node, and more.
