I teach Spanish to highly motivated learners using my step-by step program, to get you from zero skills to reading, writing and speaking at beginner conversational level.

How I teach:

I will design a course based on your goals, timeline, and desired level of fluency. During an intro session, I'll assess your current skills and goals to learn how to prepare future lessons, or tutor you as required.

Great tutor

I’m wanting to learn Spanish to connect with my culture and be able to have conversations with my family. Luz is a great tutor! She is extremely accommodating and willing to plan her lessons around what you may specifically want to work on. I had very specific goals in mind for our time together and she helped me reach all of them! During one of our lessons, we worked on a Spanish project together that I had to later present in front of my class. After our session that day she proofread a paragraph I wrote on my own for the project during her free time via e-mail! She is so kind, generous, and she always made sure I was satisfied with our lessons. Any Spanish lesson with Luz is a great lesson! My grade in Spanish was significantly higher than I expected with her help and I had fun working with her too. Do not hesitate to tutor with Luz!
