It quickly became clear to me that he was not tutoring for the money or his ego, but because he loves teaching. He is an exceptional and rare resource! He is a French native who knows the colloquialisms and how French is used realistically in day-to-day life. I'm excited to move to Paris in the Fall and I feel that Jean-Baptiste is preparing me well to meet and communicate effectively face-to-face with real French people. After having some tutors in the past that were less than passionate about my learning, I feel lucky to have found "Ce Professeur"!

Jean Baptistery has done a great job teaching me French and isn’t overall a really fun and good guy! He has taught me information about French culture not just the language and has taught me anything specific I wanted to learn allowing me to communicate with my French friends in their language!

On time and knowledgable
Jean -Baptiste is french which can make communications difficult in english. His english is excellent and was very easy to understand and communicate ideas and questions. He was open to working on what I wanted to go over and helped me to better understand the homework.

He was very helpful in identifying goals and sticking to them. He took great notes that he provided to me at the end of each lesson. As a native French speaker he has a mastery of both French and English.

Jean-Baptiste is a native French speaker, also fluent in English, with excellent listening and guiding skills for language learning and building upon one's previous knowledge. In just one hour of conversation, I feel my speaking and comprehension abilities were greatly enhanced. Jean-Baptiste was professional, timely, and attentive during the whole tutoring process. Highly recommended and I will definitely engage his services again!
