I use practical examples to help learners understand both how to solve a problem and why the answer matters.
Since 2025, I have designed and taught a structured business internship program for high-school students through SheAchieves, an Arizona nonprofit. The 2025 program included five interns who collectively completed 540 hours. I taught students how finance, marketing, legal considerations, operations, research, and technology work together in a business. My instruction has included one-on-one and small-group teaching, creating lessons and assignments, explaining unfamiliar concepts, reviewing work, troubleshooting problems, and providing detailed feedback. I currently provide individualized instruction to a high-school intern completing a business-focused artificial intelligence track.
Through my volunteer work, I also instruct adult entrepreneurs on how to assemble and understand financial statements, develop budgets and forecasts, manage cash flow, evaluate performance, and use financial information to make business decisions. I have helped create educational blog content that explains finance and business concepts in clear, usable language. Whether working with high-school, college, graduate-level, or adult learners, I break complex concepts into manageable steps, use questions to develop reasoning, and adjust my approach to the learner’s experience and pace.
