With a strong foundation in education and student support, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education from Baptist Theological College and a Master of Arts in Education, major in Special Education, from Cebu Technological University. I am currently pursuing another graduate degree in Guidance and Counseling at De La Salle University–Dasmariñas. These academic experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and tools to address diverse learning needs and provide holistic support to students.
I bring over seven years of diverse teaching experience, including three years as a SPED teacher in the United States. While serving at Eagle Ridge Elementary School in Arizona, I developed individualized education programs (IEPs), implemented inclusive teaching strategies, and worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students with special needs. Prior to that, I taught both primary and secondary students in the Philippines, delivering instruction tailored to student abilities and implementing differentiated learning strategies. I have also worked as an online English teacher, and most recently, I have expanded into freelance roles such as ADHD coaching and executive functioning support—further showcasing my adaptability and student-centered approach.
My teaching experience spans both classroom-based and one-on-one instruction. I have taught students from kindergarten through high school, in settings ranging from public schools to online platforms. Whether coordinating IEPs, mentoring students with behavioral challenges, or conducting remote coaching sessions, I always prioritize relationship-building, adaptability, and student growth. My work has been informed by a deep understanding of cognitive and emotional development, backed by both academic training and practical experience.
