Hi! My name is Anazsa and I am a dedicated software engineer, looking to help and enrich the minds of others. I attended Morgan State University for my B.S in Computer Science.
I've worked as a teaching assistant for Code Differently for 2 years. I also worked at Morgan State University as a TA for Intro to Computer Science for 1 year. At Code Differently and Morgan State University, I helped anyone from ages ranged to 20-45+ years old to improve their technical skills and also prep for interviews to articulate themselves as an engineer. The main programming languages I focused on were Java and Python.
I also volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club of South Queens to help younger students improve their reading and math skills. Students ages ranged from 10-17, focusing on fundamentals to boost their test scores. I have experience in both group settings and one-on-one. I believe all it takes, is to break down the topic and relate it to real life scenarios, to have a better grasp of concepts.
