I've been a mentor, leader and trainer throughout my professional career, both as a retired Air Force Colonel and as Program Manager building satellites in the private sector. I've helped tutor one of my 2 sons when we home schooled him during his sophomore year in high school. As an officer in the Air Force I was required to brief subordinates, peers and superior officers countless times on a myriad of topics. As a Program Manager in the private sector for the last 13 years I was also required to give many, many presentations and briefings. I understand quite well how daunting it can be to give a public presentation and have mastered numerous techniques to help overcome those anxieties.
