I'm currently a high school special education teacher. I have taught high school and junior high English as well as science and social studies, and I have been an elementary school library media specialist. As much as I love to read, I have a passion for writing and that passion shows when I help others. Many of my teachers have told me I have a knack for writing and teaching others how to write well. When I was an undergrad, I tutored writing during my four years at ASU and loved it. During that time, I provided one-on-one and group tutoring in writing skills. I am also very familiar with MLA, APA, and Chicago writing styles. My students as well as many professors gave me positive reviews.

Excellent tutor

Our son took his SAT exam and scored 1030. We scheduled him to take another and Stacy helped him get ready for the exam. We just got his results and they are 1240 which has made the needed difference in his University application. Stacy made all the difference in preparing our son for his SAT. I would definitely recommend her!

Very knowledgeable

Stacy is very knowledgeable on writing a research paper. She answered the many questions I had on the 'how to' and where to find information and material needed to fulfill the assignment(s). Even though I didn't completely understand how to it all, she reassured me of being available to answer any future questions and concerns that may arise. She didn't seem to mind that I didn't 'get it' all. She's worth the money!!
