Presently, I hold the position of an engineering/technology leader specifically working on the virtual reality (VR) field, possessing a robust foundation in applied mathematics and sciences. My expertise encompasses a wide range of disciplines, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, differential equations, statistics, quantitative methods, programming languages, physics, and other scientific fields. These skills are seamlessly integrated into my daily work, and I derive immense satisfaction from demonstrating how these concepts manifest in practical and real-world applications.

I hold degrees in Electrical Engineering and possess extensive experience not only in utilizing mathematics professionally but also in facilitating students' comprehension of the subject matter. My work has encompassed learners at various levels, ranging from beginners to those tackling advanced topics. Throughout my interactions, I consistently prioritize meeting students where they are in their understanding. My preferred areas for tutoring include algebra and calculus, as they serve as the bedrock for numerous other concepts. Once students attain a deep understanding of these subjects, their confidence tends to flourish significantly.

My tutoring approach is characterized by a calm, encouraging, and clarity-focused demeanor. I firmly believe in fostering comprehension rather than mere memorization of procedures. I break down complex concepts, employ real-world examples, and actively encourage students to pose questions and engage in problem-solving discussions with me. My ultimate objective is for each student to leave my sessions not only with the ability to solve problems but also with a profound understanding of the underlying principles that underpin their solutions.

Beyond tutoring and engineering, I am an avid enthusiast of various fields, such as technology, commercial aviation, space exploration, design, and artificial intelligence.

Algebra 1

Algebra 1

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and I have spent more than twenty years applying mathematics daily, first as an engineer and more recently as an engineering executive, across the healthcare, industrial, and consumer technology industries, work that has led to several United States patents. That real world foundation shapes how I teach. I have taught and tutored Algebra 1 across middle school, high school, and AP level courses, as well as with college students and adult learners preparing for business programs or returning to coursework after time away, and my approach stays the same at every level: help the student understand why the math works, not just how to plug numbers into a formula. Whether you are the student working through this material yourself or a parent looking for the right support, you can expect sessions that are friendly, patient, and completely free of judgment, where it is safe to ask questions and make mistakes without pressure. I meet each student exactly where they are and build skills and confidence step by step, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability and study habits that make progress last well beyond our time together. What has made Algebra 1 feel more like a hurdle than a subject you can master? I would enjoy hearing where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
Algebra 2

Algebra 2

My background combines a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University with an Executive MBA completed Summa Cum Laude at the Jack Welch Management Institute, plus more than twenty years applying advanced mathematics, first as an engineer and later as an engineering leader, in healthcare, industrial, and consumer technology settings, including work behind several United States patents. I bring that same rigor and clarity to tutoring. I have taught and tutored Algebra 2 with students in high school and AP courses, community college, and business school programs, so I am comfortable meeting learners at any stage of their preparation. Whether you are tackling this material yourself or looking for the right support for your student, I meet each student exactly where they are and focus on building real understanding of why each method works, not memorized steps that fall apart the moment a problem looks unfamiliar. Sessions are patient and friendly, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability that keeps progress moving between sessions. What would it take for Algebra 2 to feel manageable instead of overwhelming? I would enjoy learning more about your goals and talking through how we might work together.
Business

Business

Over a 20-plus year engineering and technology leadership career, I have owned full profit and loss responsibility and capital budgets exceeding $25 million, most recently as Vice President of Engineering at a global hardware company and previously at a medical device manufacturer. That operating experience includes personally negotiating international manufacturing and contract-manufacturing agreements across three continents, restructuring teams and supply chains under real financial and regulatory constraints, and leading cross-functional groups of 40 to 45 people spanning engineering, commercial, sourcing, and logistics. This is business learned by running it, not just studying it — the practical fundamentals of budgeting, negotiation, operations, and organizational leadership that apply directly to coursework in general business, management, or entrepreneurship. My teaching style, refined over more than seven years, focuses on making these real-world dynamics concrete and understandable, with genuine patience, empathy, and full attention to your progress and outcomes.
C

C

C sits at the foundation of the engineering career I have built over more than twenty years, from firmware controlled hardware designs early in my career to the systems level engineering leadership I provide today as Vice President of Engineering for a global hardware company. My software and programming background includes Python, C, and C++, and I have used C directly in real firmware and embedded systems work, the same kind of low level, hardware focused programming that this subject is actually meant to prepare a student to do well. I also teach students how to bring modern AI coding tools into that workflow thoughtfully, since knowing how to use AI assistants well is becoming as important as knowing the language itself. Whether you are a student working through a computer science curriculum that uses C to teach core concepts like memory management and pointers, a parent evaluating the right support, or a professional brushing up on foundational skills, I meet each learner exactly where they are and focus on building real understanding of what the code is actually doing, not just memorized syntax that falls apart on a harder problem. Sessions are patient and encouraging, and I create a space where it always feels safe to ask questions and work through confusion without added pressure, while also coaching accountability and consistent practice when that structure will genuinely help. What would it mean for the fundamentals behind memory, pointers, and low level logic to finally feel clear instead of intimidating? I would enjoy hearing more about where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
C++

C++

C++ is a language I use as a working practitioner, not just something I studied years ago. As Vice President of Engineering for a global hardware company, and across more than twenty years in engineering leadership before that, I have relied on C++ alongside Python for real systems, firmware, and hardware level engineering work, across a career that has also produced several United States patents in electromagnetics and sensor design. I have also led the adoption of AI assisted and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Antigravity across engineering teams, and I bring that same practical, current approach into tutoring, teaching students how to use AI tools to accelerate their coding rather than avoid learning the language itself. Whether you are working through coursework, a parent looking for the right support, or a professional preparing for technical interviews or real project work, I meet each learner exactly where they are and focus on building genuine understanding of how C++ actually works under the hood, including memory management, object oriented design, and the logic behind the syntax, not just code that happens to compile. Sessions are patient, friendly, and structured so it always feels safe to ask questions and work through confusion, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability and consistent practice that turn early struggle into real fluency. What would it mean to move from just getting your C++ code to compile toward truly understanding why it works? I would enjoy hearing about what you are working on and
Calculus

Calculus

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and calculus has been part of my daily toolkit for more than twenty years, from early work as an engineer through my current role leading engineering teams, work in radio frequency and applied electromagnetics that led to several United States patents. I have taught and tutored Calculus at the college and university level, in business school programs, and with high school AP Calculus students, so I understand both the coursework and how the material gets used once school is over. Whether you are a student facing limits, derivatives, and integrals for the first time or a parent looking to bring in the right support, I meet each student exactly where they are and work to build genuine intuition for what these tools represent, so even unfamiliar problems become approachable instead of intimidating. Sessions stay relaxed and encouraging, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the study habits and accountability that turn short term understanding into lasting results. What is it about Calculus that has felt confusing or out of reach so far? I would enjoy hearing more and talking through how we might work together.
Career Development

Career Development

My qualifications for career coaching come directly from more than twenty years spent building a career at the executive level, from engineering roles at GE Healthcare through Vice President of Engineering positions with full profit and loss ownership, first at a regulated medical device company and now at a global hardware company. Along the way I have hired, developed, and led multidisciplinary teams of up to forty five people, sat on the other side of the interview table more times than I can count, and completed an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude at the Jack Welch Management Institute alongside a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. I bring that real world perspective into every session, helping students translate coursework and ambition into a clear, practical path forward, whether that means preparing for interviews, building a resume that actually reflects strengths, choosing a major or industry with more confidence, or simply exploring what different careers look like day to day. I have also spent meaningful time mentoring a young adult still finding a direction, helping build consistent exposure to different careers so choices come from real understanding rather than guesswork, and coaching the accountability and follow through that turns a plan into forward motion. Whether you are the student weighing options or a parent hoping to see a clearer path take shape, what would it mean to move forward with an actual plan instead of open ended uncertainty? I would enjoy hearing about where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
Computer Programming

Computer Programming

My programming background comes from more than twenty years building an engineering career that has spanned hardware, firmware, and software systems, now leading engineering as Vice President for a global hardware company. I work directly in Python and C++ as a practitioner, alongside a working foundation in C, and I have led the integration of AI assisted and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Antigravity across full engineering teams, giving me a current, real world view of how programming is actually practiced today rather than how it was taught a decade ago. Whether you are a student just starting to learn how code actually works, a parent exploring the right support, or an adult considering a career change into technology, I meet each learner exactly where they are and focus on building real logical understanding, the kind that transfers across languages, rather than memorized syntax tied to one course. Sessions are patient, friendly, and free of judgment, so it always feels safe to experiment and ask questions, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability and study habits that turn early lessons into lasting skill, along with honest perspective on how these skills translate into real career opportunities. What would it mean to build real confidence in programming, and a clear sense of where those skills could take you? I would enjoy hearing more about your goals and talking through how we might work together.
Differential Equations

Differential Equations

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and differential equations have been part of my daily work for more than twenty years, from early engineering roles through my current position leading engineering teams at the executive level. That hands on, real world use of the math, not just classroom exposure to it, gives me a practical, intuitive way of explaining what a differential equation actually describes, rather than presenting it as an abstract set of steps to memorize. Whether you are a student encountering differential equations for the first time or a parent looking for the right support, I meet each student exactly where they are and build understanding from the ground up, connecting each concept to something concrete instead of asking students to memorize formulas in isolation. Sessions are patient and encouraging, and I create a space where it is always safe to ask questions and work through confusion without added pressure, while also coaching accountability and study habits when that structure will genuinely help. What would it mean for differential equations to finally feel like a subject you understand, rather than one you are just trying to survive? I would enjoy hearing where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
Discrete Math

Discrete Math

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and discrete math has shaped my career from the ground up, underlying the digital systems, firmware, and software I have designed and led across more than twenty years in engineering, including hands on programming in Python, C, and C++. That background gives me a practical lens on subjects like logic, set theory, combinatorics, and graph theory, concepts that can feel abstract in a textbook but that I have used directly to solve real engineering and computing problems. Whether you are a student encountering discrete math for the first time or a parent looking for the right support, I meet each student exactly where they are and focus on building real understanding of the logic behind each concept, not just memorized rules for a proof or a formula. Sessions are patient and friendly, structured so it always feels safe to ask questions and work through confusion openly, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability and study habits that turn understanding into lasting results. What would it mean for discrete math to finally feel like a subject you understand, rather than one you are just trying to get through? I would enjoy hearing where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, and have spent over two decades building a career rooted in radio frequency (RF), applied electromagnetics, and wireless communication — including patented work on MRI-compatible communication systems and wireless medical telemetry developed at GE Healthcare. That RF specialty sits on top of comprehensive command of the broader electrical engineering curriculum: circuit analysis, analog and mixed-signal design, digital signal processing, signals and systems, microcontrollers, and electronics, all sharpened by leading hardware and firmware engineering teams as VP of Engineering across medical device and consumer hardware companies. For over seven years, I have also taught and tutored technical subjects, translating complex material — from op-amp behavior to Fourier analysis to embedded system design — into explanations students actually retain and can apply. I teach with patience and genuine empathy, staying fully focused on each student's progress and academic outcomes rather than simply covering material, and I adapt my approach — pace, explanations, and examples — to fit how each individual student actually learns. If you're tackling core circuits and signals coursework or want to understand how RF and wireless systems work in the real world, you will get both technical rigor and genuinely effective teaching, paired with real care for your success.
General Computer

General Computer

My background is different from a typical tutor. I have spent more than twenty years as a technology and business executive, most recently as Vice President of Engineering for a global hardware company, where part of my role has involved leading the digitization of everyday business systems and helping teams adopt new software and tools with confidence instead of frustration. That real world experience, translating complex technology into plain language for people who simply need it to work, is exactly what I bring into tutoring. I work with small business owners, working professionals, and anyone who feels behind on technology and is ready for that to change, always without judgment and without jargon. Whether the goal is getting comfortable with everyday software, organizing files and email so things are easy to find again, troubleshooting the small frustrations that slow down a workday, or learning to use newer tools such as AI assistants to save real time, I meet you exactly where you are and explain each step in plain English, at a pace that makes sense for you. If technology has felt like something you work around rather than something that works for you, what would it be worth to finally feel confident and in control at the keyboard? I would enjoy hearing about your situation and talking through how we might work together.
IBEW/ Electrician

IBEW/ Electrician

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, built on more than twenty years leading engineering teams in electromagnetics, circuit design, and applied electrical systems. Over the past year and a half I have focused specifically on tutoring IBEW apprenticeship candidates, helping students work through electrical theory, code, and exam preparation with real, measurable results. Of the four students I have worked with directly, three have passed their exams and are now active members of the union, one has completed the assessment and is currently awaiting an interview, and one remains an active student progressing steadily through the material. I bring genuine technical depth from a career built on electrical fundamentals and applied electromagnetics, paired with a teaching approach that is patient, encouraging, and focused entirely on getting each apprentice ready, confident, and prepared to succeed.
Interview Prep

Interview Prep

Business communication was one of the most immersive and rewarding courses I completed during my Executive MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute, and that graduate level training in clear, persuasive communication has directly shaped how I evaluate and coach others in high stakes conversations ever since. Over more than twenty years as an engineering and technology executive, I have personally interviewed and hired across every level of an organization, building and leading cross functional teams of forty to forty five people, which means I have sat on both sides of the interview table for two decades and know exactly what hiring managers are listening for, how they read confidence, clarity, and substance, and where candidates most often lose an opportunity they were otherwise qualified for. I bring more than seven years of teaching and tutoring experience to this subject as well, helping candidates prepare with real, practical technique, sharpening how they structure answers, project confidence, and communicate their value clearly, drawing directly on what has genuinely worked and genuinely fallen flat across hundreds of real interviews I have conducted myself.
Linear Algebra

Linear Algebra

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and linear algebra has been part of my working toolkit for more than twenty years, from early work in radio frequency and applied electromagnetics through my current role leading engineering teams at the executive level, work that has produced several United States patents in antenna and sensor design. Vectors, matrices, and eigenvalues are not abstract exercises to me, they are tools I have used to solve real engineering problems, and that perspective shapes how I teach the subject. Whether you are a student encountering linear algebra for the first time or a parent looking for the right support, I meet each student exactly where they are and focus on building genuine understanding of what a matrix operation or transformation actually represents, not just the mechanical steps to reach an answer. Sessions are patient, friendly, and structured to help students feel safe asking questions and thinking out loud, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability and study habits that turn short term progress into lasting confidence. What would it mean for linear algebra to finally make sense on a deeper level instead of feeling like a set of memorized steps? I would enjoy hearing where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
MATLAB

MATLAB

MATLAB has been a core tool throughout more than twenty years of my career as an electrical engineer, applied across a wide range of professional settings including image processing, cardiac gating systems, circuit modeling, and both systems and controls modeling. I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, and have used MATLAB extensively to solve real engineering problems across healthcare, industrial, and hardware development settings, from prototyping signal processing algorithms to modeling complex electromechanical systems. This is not classroom only experience, it comes directly from building working models and systems that shipped in real products. I also bring more than seven years of teaching and tutoring experience, and I approach MATLAB instruction the same way I approach engineering itself, breaking a complex tool down into clear, practical building blocks so a student can confidently apply it to their own coursework or projects.
MBA

MBA

A Welch Scholar and two-time JWMI Fellowship recipient (2018 and 2020), I completed an Executive MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.00 GPA. The program's core disciplines — strategic planning, financial analysis, organizational behavior, marketing strategy, negotiation, and business analytics — are the same frameworks I have applied directly across two decades leading engineering and technology organizations, giving me a rare ability to connect textbook theory to how strategic decisions actually get made in the boardroom. I regularly work through case-study analysis, financial modeling, and strategic frameworks the way MBA coursework demands, not just from having taken the courses, but from having lived the decisions those frameworks describe. Alongside more than seven years teaching and tutoring, my approach stays patient and genuinely empathetic, centered on your academic outcomes, and adaptable to how you personally process complex material — whether that is a single case study or a full capstone project.
Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel

I use Excel as a real, daily tool in my career as a technology and business executive, not just as a subject I once studied in school. As a Global Productivity Leader at GE Healthcare, I directed a $7 million budget within a broader portfolio exceeding $25 million, delivering more than $20 million in annual engineering productivity in a single year, work that depended on spreadsheets built to be clear, accurate, and genuinely useful, not just technically correct. That same real world, high stakes use of Excel carries into my current role as Vice President of Engineering, and it is backed by Six Sigma Green Belt training in DMAIC and DFSS methodologies, which relies heavily on structured, spreadsheet based data analysis to separate real signal from noise. Whether you are a student learning formulas, formatting, and charts for a class, a working professional trying to build a cleaner spreadsheet or a real financial model, or a small business owner who needs Excel to finally make sense, I meet you exactly where you are and explain each concept in plain language, building real skill instead of a set of memorized clicks. Sessions are patient and completely free of judgment, so it always feels comfortable to admit you are starting from zero or to ask a basic question, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the habits that keep a spreadsheet organized and useful over time, not just correct for one assignment. What would it mean for Excel to finally feel like a tool that works for you, whether that means passing your next class or finally trusting the numbers behind your own budget? I would enjoy hearing about your situation and talking through how we might work together.
Physics

Physics

My path in Physics runs directly through my career. I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and for more than twenty years I have applied physics and applied electromagnetics, first as an engineer and now as the leader of engineering teams, work that includes the design of MRI compatible medical technology and several resulting United States patents. I have taught and tutored Physics at the college and university level, in business school programs, and from middle school through AP Physics, so the concepts I teach are the same ones I use in practice. Whether you are the one working through the material or the parent helping to find the right fit, I meet each student exactly where they are and start by building real physical intuition, so formulas become a way of expressing an idea already understood rather than a starting point to memorize. Sessions stay relaxed and encouraging, where it always feels safe to ask questions without hesitation, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on accountability and steady study habits. What would it mean to finally feel confident in how the physical world works, instead of just memorizing equations for the next test? I would enjoy hearing more and talking through how we might work together.
Prealgebra

Prealgebra

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and I have spent more than twenty years applying mathematics daily, first as an engineer and now as a technology and business executive. That real world foundation shapes how I teach Prealgebra. I have taught and tutored students building the core skills, fractions, ratios, negative numbers, and early equations, that make the transition into Algebra possible, and I understand how much a shaky foundation here can affect confidence for years afterward. Rather than drilling memorized steps, I focus on helping each student genuinely understand why a method works, so the logic behind the math becomes intuitive rather than something to memorize under pressure. I meet each student exactly where they are, adjusting pace and explanations to match current understanding, and I create a patient, judgment free environment where mistakes are simply part of learning rather than something to fear. Whether you are the student working through this material or a parent looking for the right support, you can expect real confidence built step by step, along with coaching on accountability and study habits when that structure will genuinely help. What would it take for Prealgebra to feel like solid ground instead of a shaky start, right before Algebra raises the stakes? I would enjoy hearing where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
Precalculus

Precalculus

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and functions, trigonometry, and mathematical modeling have been part of my toolkit for more than twenty years, from early engineering work through my current role as a technology and business executive. I have taught and tutored students in Precalculus at the high school, AP, and early college level, and I understand this course for what it really is, the bridge that determines how ready a student feels walking into Calculus. My approach is to build real understanding of why each function behaves the way it does, rather than memorized steps tied to one type of problem, so students can adapt with confidence when a problem looks unfamiliar. Sessions are patient and encouraging, structured around where each student currently stands, and I create a space where it always feels safe to ask questions and work through confusion openly. Whether you are the student preparing for what comes next or a parent looking for the right support, I also coach on the accountability and study habits that turn short term progress into lasting readiness, when that structure will genuinely help. What would it mean to walk into Calculus already prepared, instead of trying to catch up once you are already there? I would enjoy hearing where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
Probability

Probability

Probability is not an abstract subject to me, it is a tool I use as a technology and business executive to make real decisions. In my current role as Vice President of Engineering, I have instituted formal risk analysis processes, including hazard traceability matrices used to identify and reduce risk in complex product designs, and I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt in DMAIC and DFSS methodologies, both of which depend heavily on probability and statistical reasoning to separate real signal from noise. I bring that same practical, decision focused understanding of probability into tutoring, alongside a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Whether you are a student working through probability for a math or statistics course, or a professional trying to make real sense of risk and likelihood in your own work, I meet you exactly where you are and connect each concept to something concrete, so ideas like independence, conditional probability, and expected value stop feeling abstract and start making practical sense. Sessions are patient and free of judgment, structured so it always feels safe to ask questions and think out loud, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability and study habits that turn understanding into lasting confidence. What would it mean for probability to finally feel like a tool you understand, rather than a set of formulas you are just trying to memorize? I would enjoy hearing where things stand and talking through how we might work together.
Public Speaking

Public Speaking

Business communication was one of the most immersive and rewarding courses I completed during my Executive MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute, and the skills built there have directly shaped how I communicate with confidence and executive presence in high stakes settings ever since. Over more than twenty years leading engineering and technology organizations, I have regularly presented to senior executive leadership, negotiated international manufacturing agreements across multiple countries, and led cross functional teams of forty to forty five people, all of which demand clear, persuasive, and confident public communication as a daily skill, not an occasional one. I have also served in public facing leadership roles outside my career, including on the Board of Directors of a nonprofit music education institution and as Vice President of an executive board for a community nonprofit, both requiring regular public speaking and presentation to boards, donors, and community members. I bring more than seven years of teaching and tutoring experience to this subject as well, helping students build genuine confidence and command in front of an audience, with patience, real encouragement, and practical, real world technique rather than abstract theory.
Python

Python

I use Python as a working tool in my career as a technology and business executive, not just as an academic subject, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering for a global hardware company where Python supports everything from firmware and data analysis to automation across engineering workflows. Beyond writing code, I have led the adoption of AI assisted and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Antigravity across full engineering teams, and I bring that same practical integration into tutoring, teaching students not just how to write Python but how to use AI coding tools well, as a skill that accelerates real understanding rather than replacing it. Whether you are the student working through this material yourself, a parent looking for the right support, or a professional building new skills, I meet each learner exactly where they are and focus on genuine understanding of how the language and its logic actually work, not just memorized syntax. Sessions are patient, friendly, and completely free of judgment, so it always feels safe to experiment, make mistakes, and ask questions, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability and practice habits that turn early lessons into real, lasting skill. What would it mean to move from struggling with error messages to writing Python with real confidence, including learning to use AI tools as a genuine coding partner rather than a shortcut around real understanding? I would enjoy hearing about your goals and talking through how we might work together.
Statistics

Statistics

Statistics has been a working tool throughout my career as a technology and business executive, not just a subject I studied once. As Product Quality Director at GE Healthcare, I built analytics frameworks used to trend and root cause product failures across an entire business, turning raw field data into decisions that actually improved outcomes, and my Six Sigma Green Belt training in DMAIC and DFSS methodologies is built almost entirely around applied statistical analysis. That real world, decision focused use of statistics is what I bring into tutoring, alongside a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an Executive MBA earned Summa Cum Laude from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Whether you are a student working through statistics for a math, psychology, or business course, or a professional trying to make real sense of data at work, I meet you exactly where you are and connect each concept, mean, standard deviation, correlation, hypothesis testing, to what it actually tells you about the real world, not just how to compute it. Sessions are patient and encouraging, structured so it always feels safe to ask questions and work through confusion without pressure, and when it will genuinely help, I also coach on the accountability and study habits that turn understanding into lasting confidence. What would it mean for statistics to finally feel like a tool you can trust and use, rather than a set of formulas you are just trying to survive? I would enjoy hearing where things stand and talking through how we might work together.

The very best!

I have been working with Manuel for the last 6 weeks or so and have been blown away by how wonderful my experience was. I hired Manuel as I needed to learn excel, was very out of my depth when it came to computer stuff and was feeling overwhelmed. I now feel not only proficient in what my excel needs are, I have confidence in learning other computer programs that before I would have been intimidated with. He was beyond helpful in explaining things, creating examples for me to work on in my own time and making sure that I was ready to move on to the next lessons. I know I will be hiring him again with each new skill I want to learn. Thank you Manuel!

He was very prepared on what I needed and has great technique. I would recommend him for helping you with what you need. He always makes sure you have a clear understanding of what was talked about. 10/10 as always. Even after we finished the lesson he’s still keeping my mind sharp for my test
