Hi All! I’m glad you found my page. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors in Secondary Education and History with a minor in Sociology. While life decided to take me in a different path from traditional classroom work, I have since spent several years in the corporate training and coaching realms.

For all students, adults and children, I adapt my style to how they prefer to learn. If they are a visual person, I’ll provide more visuals, if they are more hands on, I’ll provide more hands on approach, etc. Every learner is different and as an educator, it is my job to adapt to them.

I’ve tutored various subjects from elementary math, to elementary through high school music. Tutoring experience ranges from 1:1 to group, to volunteer setting. One of my most rewarding experiences tutoring was through a program called Bearcat Buddies in college where I taught reading and math to elementary students, which helped them improve their test scores. I currently have an in person high school history student who’s been with me for two years and is exceeding all expectations within the New York State History Standards. For music, my specialty is trumpet and clarinet, and I prefer beginner band students as I feel like I can have the biggest impact.

For adults, I am a great coach. I help my employees promote off my team through interview practice and prep. I help them see their potential through career counseling and coaching. I help them see their potential. As a recent PMO certified individual, I plan on integrating PMO techniques into my teaching as well.
