I earned my BA in Art History and I am currently finishing my Master’s in Modern Art History. I love all periods of art, but have a special love for medieval and early Christian art, the Impressionists, Post-Impressionists, and Expressionists.
I enjoy working with students of all ages and levels of experience. Art is an amazing tool for expression, and for recording social, cultural, and historical moments and information. Regardless of your level and experience, we can make it fun and engaging for you while ensuring that your tutoring needs are being met.
I have studied various theories and methodologies, and written countless essays and research papers. I have studied movements and what sets them apart, and I have also learned through memorizing specifications and facts about individual works of art.
Before our tutoring session I would ask that you please send me a message briefly explaining what you are studying, study areas you would like to address with me, and any questions you may have. The tutoring session will be structured to meet your needs. I understand things come up, and sometimes you will need to cancel last minute. Please notify me within 4 hours minimum if you need to cancel a session.
