I am a believer in Abraham Maslow's concept of Self-Actualization from his Hierarchy of Needs; or the lead character from the 1946 edition of The Razor's Edge - "Larry." I have served in the Protestant Pastorate (ten years), as a Police Chaplain, and worked in Native American communities for the past 35 years as: a College Admissions Officer at the College of Ganado, Navajo Nation, Social Services, Counseling, Child Protective Services Supervisor, Director of Social Services and Associate Faculty at various colleges regarding Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy. Presently I am an adjunct instructor at Mohave Community College in Psychology and have served in this capacity for three years. I hold a life time certification as a California Community College Instructor in Psychology, Philosophy and Religion. I am a life time member of Yoke Fellows International. I am a believer in reading all I can about leading writers and thinkers regarding Peace, Philosophy, Christianity, Existentialism and one's relationship with God.

I hold degrees in Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Protestant Theology. I have a total 33 units of 300 level courses in Sociology and currently mid-way through a Master's Degree in Catholic Theology from St. Leo Catholic University. I am an avid reader with interest in the above subjects as well as in World War I. I consider myself both an advocate and expert in Native American culture, values and history.

I am committed to the idea of classical education in terms of strong student/instructor relationship regarding personal time invested in the educational journey of my students.
